These beautful silver and aerodynamic bars combine beauty and functionality effortlessly. They also come with a T-Track system on the top of the bars, this allows you to attach most accessories available such as bike racks, roof boxes, surfboard carriers and anything else you can think of. When the T-Track is not in use you can cover this with a rubber insert, this prevents excess noise when travelling.
Design
The mounting kits are designed specifically to fit your car and the foot packs exactly follow the contours of your roof, unlike a lot of roof bars that have much more generic fittings where one model of rack will fit a whole range of different cars and that gives you great confidence when you’re fitting the product. The design of these bars is really well thought out, they were clearly designed by group of people who actually use and understand what you need in a roof rack and again that becomes evident when you’re fitting them because despite there being quite a lot of separate components they all go together logically and easily.
There are some really nice touches too, such as the measurement scale on the underside of the cross bars which helps you position the feet in exactly the right place. The special tightening tool that comes in the kit actually fits into the foot of the bars, and that’s where you store it, so you’re never searching around the house for the right size allen key again.
For Normal Roof Only
This car comes in 2 versions, one with rails the other one without rails, this set of bars is for the car without roof rails, see image on left for a example of a normal roof without rails
Fixed Points
This set of roof bars attaches to the original fixing points on this car, where possible we only use roofbar manufacturers that adhere to the original fixing points, it also looks better too and is a lot easier to fit, See example image to left of this, please note that this image is just an example of a fixed point kit, every fixed point system is slightly different

In contrast to many of our competitors who provide weak locks and keys, or charge additional fees for them, our roof bars come equipped with high-quality metal locks and keys at no extra cost. This not only serves as a highly effective deterrent against theft, but also grants you added peace of mind.
Fitting
The bars come in kit form and you have to assemble them but don’t be put off, the instructions are detailed and well illustrated. We've test fitted lots of these kits to our own cars here at MicksGarage and most of them take just under half an hour to fit for the first time. Absolutely everything you need to fit the bars comes in the kit and you even get a tape measure to help with the installation!

Ian These are great value for money and fit my MK6 VW Golf 3 door like a glove. The delivery was prompt and it was packaged well. There are very clear step by step instructions and if you follow them you’ll have no problem. They do take a while to build, but that’s probably me double checking everything and after all good things come to those who wait. They are very well made and very stable on the vehicle. These are a fraction of the cost of other brands and do exactly the same job, they carry things. It’s a no brainier. I’d happily recommend this product to anyone.
Alan These are the second pair of roof bars i have bought for the car. (First set did not have locks). The difference between these and the others are like night and day. Installation took about 30 mins - read the instructions!
Wind noise is minimal - even at 120km/hr - The only drawback i have is that they leak. Even with the extra rubber strips that you insert between door frame and car - they leak. I suppose you could blame the car / rubber / window design but the cheaper set I had previously did not leak at all. Shame otherwise i would of given 5 stars.
Francis John The Nordrive roof bars are a very competitively priced roof bar, yet compare favourably in build quality with the Thule bench mark equivalent. The problem with all roof bars is that they are often model specific unless you have a roof rail vehicle such as a standard estate or 4x4 vehicle. Are they easy to put together? Reasonably but read the instructions very carefully before embarking on the assembly and also as the work is progressed. The build quality is good, though not quite as good as the Thule equivalent. But they are priced about 55% of the Thule equivalent, so unless you don't care about price then buy Nordrive roof bars.
