The bike rack is well made and seems quite strong - the plastic clamps are rugged and should last a reasonable length of time. My only criticism is the optional locking device which is made of plastic and appears not to be as well designed as the rack. How easy it would be to break the locking device is debatable - I would have to destroy it to find out. I suppose that it will deter the casual thief and if someone really wants the rack I'm sure that they would steal it whatever the security. (Posted on 09/11/2011)
